Shipping & Returns
Return Policy:
We accept returns within 48 hours of receipt. Buyer must pay for return shipping and provide a tracking number. Money will be refunded when we receive the item. Item must be in same condition as it was sent in. Please note there will be a 15% restocking fee from each item returned. We are not responsible for items not reflecting the label size if the customer has not requested measurements.
No cancellations. Once an item is ordered it will be processed and shipped within 3-5 days. Everything is sold AS-IS. If you have a question about an item before purchasing please email us. All items are measured, shot and described to the best of our abilities. If you have any specific questions about an item please reach out to us. We are here to help.
Domestic U.S. Shipping:
Orders are sent within 1-3 business days of purchase. All US shipping is free via USPS First Class Mail (snail mail). If for any reason a purchase is sent back to Desert Moss Vintage we require the buyer to pay for all re-shipping costs (shipping, tracking, insurance). If buyer wants item shipped Priority or Express buyer must pay for shipping.
If buyer would like an item shipped via Fed Ex, UPS or DHL then buyer must pay for shipping costs.
If buyer has a corporate FedEx or UPS account please contact us and we will be happy to work with you.
International Shipping:
Orders are sent within 1-3 business days of purchase. We will ship all international items via USPS (United States Post Office). Prices vary depending on weight of item and destination.
Canada will generally range from $16-$100
Everywhere else will generally range from $26-$100
We will not alter International Customs forms to show a price different than what the buyer paid. This is mail fraud which is a federal offense and we are not willing to break the law
Some countries require a customs fee/tax for the item to be released to buyer. We do not pay this customs fee/tax. Fees/taxes are different for various countries so if you are curious what your country’s custom’s fee/tax is please contact your local post office. If a customs fee/tax is not paid by buyer and is sent back to us we will either reject the item at the post office so it is returned to buyer or we will hold the item until buyer pays return shipping costs. We will not return funds to buyer. Please get to know your country’s customs fees/taxes before making a purchase.
